We had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the center of town, right by the beach. The location was superb, allowing us easy access to the local restaurants and the main beach. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk, Nicole, provided fantastic service and deserves a 5-star rating. we couldn't ask for a better location and friendly staff.
Not one thing.

Location was excellent and price were very good. Loved the character of the old hotel and $10 valet parking.
One room had poor lighting and sad furnishings. Other room on the same floor was nicer. Free breakfast wasn't much- muffins, juice and coffee in a small room. We had to wait for everything to be replenished when we arrived at 9 am (closing wasn't til 11 am). We chose to take our muffins and coffee with us to the gorgeous ocean view restaurant and supplement our free items with purchased fruit and breakfast plates. That was a beautiful location with tasty food.

Historic style of the hotel building, helpful staff. We loved how close it is to laguna art museum.
Nothing to fault.

I recently had a fantastic two-night stay at a hotel in Laguna Beach. The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect - right on the beach with private access and within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in downtown Laguna Beach. I loved being able to park my car once and explore the area on foot. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and storing our luggage for us after checkout. The room we stayed in had a stunning view of the ocean and the hillside homes, and I enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Despite the room being a bit small, it was clean and comfortable, and we didn't have any complaints. The hotel also offered a continental breakfast with a great selection and an unobstructed view. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.
All was perfect during my stay at this hotel.

Spent Easter at this hotel and it was amazing! Loved the ocean view from the room and the suite was really spacious for a family of five. The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided. The location was perfect – right across from shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach.
The room didn't have air conditioning, but the cool ocean breeze made up for it. The hotel could also use some updates, especially in the bathroom, which was a bit dated.

This beachfront hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the town, offering easy access to art galleries, fine dining, and shopping. Guests can enjoy the stunning view of the open ocean from their comfortable rooms. the private beach area with attentive attendants is a major plus, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. the on-site restaurant offers great service and a decent menu. the location and beachfront amenities make this hotel a great choice for a memorable stay.
The decor in the rooms is outdated and could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.

Great beach access and views, walking distance to local attractions. Room was spacious with a balcony and comfortable bed.
Not clean, found hair in the shower and stains on the sheets. Outdated decor and furniture made the room feel old and dingy.
